Accoutrements
Light Infantry Company soldiers are equipped with
a standard black leather cartridge pouch on a black leather
sling, a black leather shoulder carriage for the bayonet or
hanger, a white linen haversack, standard half moon or kidney
shaped tin canteen suspended by a white twine cord and a painted
canvas knapsack.
